Some of the features of these homes include spacious great rooms, inviting living areas, flex spaces, covered courtyards, and elegant master suites.

Homes within the Estate Series offer the largest square footage and are being built in the Stonebridge neighborhood. There are six floor plans that offer 2,077 to 2,888 square feet of living space and have two or three bedrooms, two to three bathrooms, and attached two to three-car garages. These luxurious homes offer spacious layouts, open concept designs, flex spaces, dual master suites, great rooms, breakfast areas, dens, covered courtyards, and golf cart space.
