Sun City Grand offers the same amenity-rich lifestyle that Del Webb developments are known for but in a more youthful setting. This age-restricted community is primarily for 55+ residents, but the community allows up to 15% of owner-occupants to be 45+.

This community consists of 9,802 residences, including condos, single-family homes, and attached homes. Designed for low-maintenance living, these finely crafted homes allow residents to spend more time enjoying leisure activities.

Sun City Grand is home to several recreation centers, offering younger active adults a full schedule of activities. One of the community’s largest clubhouses features a state-of-the-art fitness center, a studio for aerobics and dance, a resort-style swimming pool, and a day spa. There are additional pools and spas throughout the community, as well as a walking track, tennis courts, a softball field, and other sports facilities.

At Sun Lakes, younger active adults can live the country club lifestyle. In 2017, Sun Lakes changed its age restriction to allow up to 20% of residences to be occupied by one resident in the 40-54 age group.

This community consists of 6,683 residences in a gated setting. With a selection of single-family, attached, and manufactured homes, buyers have many options for finding a home that fits their lifestyle.

Sun Lakes is divided into five country-club-style neighborhoods, each offering its own golf course and world-class amenities. Residents enjoy access to state-of-the-art fitness centers, outdoor pools, restaurants, and courts for tennis, bocce, racquetball, and handball. The amenities continue outdoors with fishing lakes, trails for walking and biking, and relaxing park spaces. 

Westbrook Village – Peoria, AZ

The Westbrook Village Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions requires that at least one permanent resident of each residential unit must be 40 years of age or older, and no more than 20% of all residences in Westbrook Village may have the oldest resident between 40 and 54 years of age.

Westbrook Village consists of 3,910 residences coming in a variety of styles and floor plans. Buyers can choose from a great selection of single-family homes, attached homes, and condos.

Westbrook Village’s enviable lineup of amenities contributes to its energetic atmosphere. Residents are served by two well-equipped clubhouses. The Lakes Recreation Center features a ballroom, an aerobics and dance studio, a bistro, and multiple hobby studios where residents can hone their craft in ceramics and woodworking. Outdoors, residents enjoy access to tennis courts, a swimming pool, a spacious patio, and an 18-hole golf course.

Robson Ranch – Eloy, AZ

Robson Ranch allows younger active adults to live a resort-like lifestyle in an exclusive, gated environment. According to their rules, any Robson Community is intended for occupancy in at least 80% of their respective dwelling units by at least one person 55 years of age or older. All dwelling units are intended for occupancy by at least one person 40 years of age or older.

Development at this lively community began in 2005 and is ongoing. Upon final build-out, there will be 4,600 residences. Buyers can choose from a great selection of new and resale single-family homes and attached homes. 

Staying active is an important part of life for residents of Robson Ranch. Whether working out in the top-notch fitness center or aerobics studio, residents can stay healthy while socializing with like-minded neighbors. Since the mid-1990s, this community has attracted younger active adults seeking a vibrant lifestyle. New properties are still being added, and plans call for a total of 6,200 single-family and attached homes.

Because PebbleCreek is also a Robson Community it abides by the same rule of at least 80% of its homes must be occupied by at least one person 55 years of age or older, and all homes are intended for occupancy by at least one person 40 years of age or older.

Residents of PebbleCreek are served by an impressive lineup of high-end amenities. The Tuscany Sports & Aquatics Complex features a fitness center, a studio for aerobics and dance, saunas, and an indoor pool. Outdoors, residents can stay active with a resort-style pool, 20 pickleball courts, seven tennis courts, and a softball field. There’s also a café and hot dog stand for grabbing a bite with neighbors.
