Kings Isle

Just off Interstate 95 and nestled within the master-planned community of St. Lucie West is Kings Isle, a 55+ community known for its affordability and amenities such as golf practice stalls, a sandy beach area, and a 15,000-square-foot clubhouse. There’s also a fitness center, a library, an art studio, and a billiards room. Whether it’s for recreation or competition, residents enjoy the shuffleboard courts, tennis courts, horseshoe pits, and bocce ball courts. There are also walking trails and picnic areas as well as dozens of clubs to participate in such as Habitat for Humanity, bingo, and computer club.

The available homes for sale are resale attached and single-family properties. Courtyard homes are less expensive with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an attached one-car garage. They offer 969 to 1,216 square feet. Manor homes tend to be larger with 1,173 to 2,088 square feet, two or three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and attached garages for one or two cars. This 55+ community is made up of new and resale single-family homes and attached villas in the master-planned Tradition development. Many of the amenities specific to the active adult community are coming soon, including the clubhouse and the state-of-the-art fitness center. But there’s currently a pool and cabana, an event lawn, a scenic outdoor gathering area with a grill, and trails and pathways that wind through the community. Residents are also welcome to use the amenities at TownPark at Tradition.

Homes at LakePark at Tradition are between 1,565 and 2,220 square feet, and buyers can choose new construction with two or three bedrooms and a den. Most homes have two bathrooms and an attached two-car garage. Upgrades and updates available include granite counters, tile floors, and high ceilings. The community is right off Interstate 95 and close to canals and lakes. Oak Hammock Park, where there’s a boat ramp, walking trails, and picnic areas, is also closeby.
