Built by Del Webb, the active lifestyle community Terravita offers many of the most sought-after amenities in any active adult community. The 34,000 square-foot Terravita Country Club leads the upscale lineup of amenities at this community. Residents can enjoy five different dining options that range from casual fare at The Grille to fine dining at the Sunset Dining Room. There is also a state-of-the-art fitness center with an aerobics and spinning studio. At the separate 9,000 square-foot Desert Pavilion clubhouse, residents can gather for clubs, events, and parties.

A resort-style pool and spa, six tennis courts, and over six miles of scenic walking and biking trails serve as the outdoor amenities at this community. A private 18-hole championship golf course allows active adults to hit the links whenever they like.
