Golf enthusiasts don’t have to travel far to get their daily time on the green when they live at Seven Hills in Hemet, California. Residents of this active adult community enjoy an 18-hole course located within easy reach of their front doors. This community of 1,143 homes is the perfect place for active adults to live and play.

Residences at Seven Hills

Built between 1970 and 2006, Seven Hills consists mostly of single-family houses but there are also some attached homes. Single-family homes are approximately 1,150 to 2,500 square feet with up to three bedrooms and one-and-a-half to three bathrooms.

Some offer covered patios and granite countertops. The attached-style homes have 1,180 to 1,470 square feet approximately, with two or three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Some attached homes have vaulted ceilings, plantation shutters and spacious courtyards.

All homes within Seven Hills have an attached two-car garage. And no matter what style you choose, the homeowners’ association fee covers landscaping, water, sewer maintenance, and trash removal.

Award-Winning Golf Course

At the heart of this community is the Seven Hills Golf Club, voted Inland Empire’s favorite course by the Press Enterprise Readers Poll in 2008. For a low monthly fee, residents have access to the walkable course, driving range, two putting greens, a chipping green, and a practice bunker. Afterwards, the Seven Hill Café on the Green is open for hungry golfers. But golf is not the only activity offered at Seven Hills.

Members Club

The Seven Hills Members Club caters to every need and interest, with a fitness center, indoor spa, billiards and card rooms, catering kitchen, ballroom, indoor shuffleboard courts, library, and an outdoor pool and patio. All amenities are available to residents for a biannual fee. Seven Hills also offers a variety of clubs and activities for its residents, including pancake breakfasts, luncheons, potlucks, dinner dances, garage sales, variety and fashion shows, and more.

Local Attractions

This leaves residents more time to focus on the things they want to do, rather than what they have to do. In addition to all the activities offered inside of the Seven Hills community, shopping and more are just steps away, in the Inland Empire area.

Across the street is Page Plaza, with stores such as Walmart, Bed Bath & Beyond and Dollar Tree. Also nearby are Diamond Valley Lake, Simpson Park and several other golf courses. Restaurants, museums, banks, and a Lowe’s are a short drive away, along with Route 74 and Interstate 10 with access to even more.

For healthcare needs, ManorCare Health Services is right near Seven Hills, and Hemet Valley Medical Center is only four miles away.

For resale homes with a beautiful golf course, numerous amenities and activities, Seven Hills in Hemet is the perfect choice for adults seeking an activity-filled lifestyle, all just minutes away.
