With such low prices, it’s no wonder the development is also one of the fastest-selling communities in the state. The gated and age-restricted neighborhood has a mixture of 140 condos and single-family homes available on a resale basis. Attached homes are a similar size offering 480 to 1,018 square feet of living space with one to two bedrooms and one to two bathrooms.
