Located in West Columbia, Hulon Greene is one of the most affordable active adult communities in South Carolina with prices starting below $100K. The gated neighborhood consists of more than 1,000 single-family homes that have been built by several different builders, giving prospective buyers plenty of options when it comes to the look, feel, and size of their homes. As far as amenities go, Island Green has plenty. Residents have access to a clubhouse, a social hall, a fitness center, and an indoor pool and spa. Outdoors, residents will find a pool and patio area, tennis courts, parks, natural space, and scenic ponds.
