About Hulon Greene

Hulon Green is a gated 55+ community in West Columbia, South Carolina. The residents of Hulon Greene enjoy the community's clubhouse complete with a fitness center, multi-purpose rooms, a library, and outdoor pool and patio. The community consists of both condo and single-family homes. Most condos range in size from 832 to 1,210 square feet with one or two bedrooms, one or two bathrooms, and ample parking. Many of these updated condo homes feature balconies and easy access to the clubhouse. Single-family homes range in size from approximately 1,500 to more than 3,500 square feet with two to three bedrooms and bathrooms with an attached two-car garage. Hulon Green's clubhouse lies at the center of the community and gives residents access to a fitness center, multi-purpose rooms, a library, and outdoor pool and patio. The homeowners' association provides exterior home maintenance for the condos, including landscaping, lawn care, and common area maintenance giving residents the freedom to travel at their leisure and enjoy the activities they love. Hulon Greene is less than ten minutes away from everyday necessities such as a Wells Fargo Bank, CVS, and Food Lion. Lake Murray is just over ten miles from the community, giving residents perfect access to the beach as well as an ideal location for boating and fishing.
