This trend has also trickled over to more established communities, including 55+ neighborhoods. Many homeowners stay put as prices continue to rise, which can result in more demand than supply. Fortunately, Southern New Jersey has 128 active adult communities, many with available homes priced at under $150K.

There are 11 active adult communities in town, so you know that the area is replete with grocery stores, restaurants, pharmacies, and everything else you need.

Crestwood Village 1 has 1,016 attached co-op homes built between 1965 and 1978. They are divided into 355 buildings, including 153 quads and 202 duplexes. The floor plans range from 537 to over 1,800 square feet with one to two bedrooms and bathrooms. These have either an assigned parking space or an attached, one-car garage.
