Hillwood’s latest development, Union Park, is a 1,100-acre master-planned community situated along the U.S. Highway 380 corridor in the peaceful Dallas/Fort Worth suburb of Little Elm.

This slice of Texas paradise is a hub for those seeking community, convenience, and an unparalleled quality of life. Surrounded by lush greenery, open greenbelts, and natural ponds, the entire neighborhood is built for residents to savor the show-stopping landscape with fellow Texans.

In January 2017, it was announced that popular builder Del Webb was planning an age-restricted section. Del Webb at Union Park is a 55+ community that gives active adults their own exclusive piece of the neighborhood.

Here, homeowners can select from 10 different single-family home styles that cater to their specific style and budget. Designed with active adults in mind, homes range from 1,400 to 2,500 square feet. Buyers also have access to their own exclusive outdoor pool, pickleball courts, bocce ball courts, tennis courts, and a sport court.

Beauty and Community Around Every Bend

Outdoor enthusiasts will be overjoyed at Union Park’s many outstanding amenities. The community boasts a winding greenbelt that connects each neighborhood and park, allowing residents to walk, jog, or bike through the entire community.

A vibrant central park serves as the neighborhood’s anchor and hub for 35 miles of trails curving through Union Park’s lush, wooded areas. It’s easy for neighbors to stop and say hello, whether they’re out walking the dog or they’re headed to check out one of the community’s unique offerings, such as a food truck park or outdoor kitchen.

Union Park stands apart from other communities in its world-class amenities. Homeowners can grill up some tasty fare at The Kitch, an outdoor kitchen, gather with friends at The Cove, a community center with a resort-style pool, or catch a concert at The Porch, an open-air pavilion overlooking the park. There are also pocket parks and sports practice fields dotting the community, allowing residents ample opportunities to play and stay fit.

Still in the works but coming soon to the community include a fishing pond, ADA-accessible multi-age playground, additional pocket parks, a dog park, an indoor fitness area, a second pool, and an extensive trail system.

A Remarkable Quality of Life

Union Park is designed with families and friends in mind. The community is home to hundreds of events each year, allowing homeowners to mingle and get to know other residents.

An onsite Lifestyle Director ensures an exciting lineup of activities for residents, whether it’s a holiday festival for the whole family, a jazz concert at The Pavilion or new foodie finds at the Food Truck Park. With so many intriguing offerings, homeowners can meet others who share their interests and form meaningful connections with neighbors.

Including 3,300 single-family homes, Union Park will also feature an onsite school and 75 acres of mixed-use space. This master-planned community is a suburban oasis for those who want to enjoy an exciting lifestyle that blends the best of big-city living with a true community feel.
