By air: The nearest major airport to the Panama City, FL metro area is the Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport (ECP), located approximately 20 miles northwest of Panama City Beach. Airlines that fly into ECP include Delta, United, American, and Southwest. The airport primarily serves as a hub for Southwest Airlines, offering direct flights to cities such as Baltimore, Dallas, Nashville, and Houston.
