About The Esplanade

The Esplanade is an established 55+ community in Rio Rancho, NM. This active adult community offers affordable attached homes on a resale-only basis. Those who choose to call The Esplanade home, enjoy living among like-minded neighbors in a small community setting. Developed 20 years ago, The Esplanade is an attractive community that’s filled with tree-lined lined streets and lush landscaping.

The Esplanade Amenities

Although The Esplanade has no clubhouse, active adults can stay physically active while enjoying fresh air. Homeowners can jog along the landscaped walking trail or enjoy a leisurely stroll with a friend. With a year-round mild climate, homeowners can take advantage of this thoughtful outdoor amenity during all four seasons.

The Esplanade Homes & Real Estate

The Esplanade encompasses 114 homes built between the late 1970s and early 1990s. These single-level homes include about 1,300 to just over 2,100 square feet of living space.
