Dry Canyon Village Homes & Real Estate 

Builders Havniear Construction and Acme Building Company began construction of Dry Canyon Village in 2020 with plans to build 169 single-family and attached homes total. The spacious one-story single-family homes will range from 1,331 to 2,584 square feet with two or three bedrooms, two to three bathrooms, and attached two-car garages. 

Features in some homes will include open-concept floor plans, spacious living rooms with gas fireplaces, kitchens with central islands, master bedrooms with walk-in closets and en-suite bathrooms, and front porches. Some homes will also have the option to add dens, dining areas, and flex rooms. 

As the developers make more progress on the community, more information about floor plans for attached homes will be released.

Redmond, OR Area 

Dry Canyon Village will be located in Redmond, 20 miles north of Bend. This convenient location will put residents within easy reach of daily needs and entertainment options

Residents will also find themselves close to any daily conveniences they may need, including Safeway, Walmart, Target, Albertsons, and Costco. Pharmacy needs will be met at Walgreens and Rite Aid.

Dry Canyon Village will also be close to multiple health care providers, including St. Charles Redmond Hospital, Redmond Clinic, Central Oregon Family Medicine, St. Charles Bend Hospital, and Mosaic Medical Redmond Clinic.
