Summerplace has 585 single-family homes. These homes range in size from approximately 1,000 to 2,225 square feet and have two or three bedrooms, one-and-a-half or two bathrooms, and an attached two-car garage. Most of these homes offer residents vaulted ceilings, open floor plans, dens, private back patios, and granite countertops.
