Resale properties are available with between one and three bedrooms and one or two bathrooms. Buyers can choose a home with hardwood flooring or tile, and other special features like granite counters, low-step showers, greenhouse windows, and extra storage.

Ashland is surrounded by national forests and outdoor recreational areas. It’s also a short trip to major cities such as Eugene and Portland, which can be reached in two to four hours. For longer trips, Rogue Valley International-Medford Airport is less than half an hour away from Mountain Meadows.
