Laura and her team were amazing - not only did we list my house right before the pandemic - we had no less than 12 showings, 3 offers and 1 acceptance in 2 weeks time. She was able to negotiate on my behalf and all the moving parts were handled while I was 5 states away setting up my new home. Buying a home is an extremely stressful thing. I needed someone that was going to answer my questions and have my back. I have the highest praise for Laura. She is very knowledgeable, in all the categories above. Her and her team work very hard to make sure their clients are happy. She also is very connected with lenders, contractors, movers; all people that your going to need through this process. I cant thank her enough for her efforts. If you need a agent she is your girl!
