About Margie Mueller
Being a real estate agent specializing in active adults and 55+ communities is incredibly rewarding. Guiding clients to find their dream retirement homes and witnessing their excitement as they embark on this new journey is the ultimate satisfaction. I established my real estate business in Dallas in 2009 and have been recognized as a "Best Realtor" in D Magazine. With 14 years of experience, I hold certifications as a Senior Real Estate Specialist (S.R.E.S) and Relocation Specialist. My expertise encompasses helping clients determine if our area is the right fit, choosing the best community, selecting an ideal lot, deciding on builders, and navigating the options between resale and new construction. I also have extensive knowledge of design and enjoy the building process. If you're looking for a seasonal climate but on the warmer side or a more relaxed casual lifestyle and beautiful scenery that includes beaches, river trails, tall pines, great restaurants, easy travel, and friendly neighbors, you should consider the coastal region of North Carolina. We have seven Beautiful Beaches that surround the Wilmington and Southport area to choose from. Coastal North Carolina is ranked one of the best in the country for air quality. Weather can sometimes be wet as we average 60 inches of rainfall per year but winters are warm and it is uncommon for temperatures to drop below freezing. My husband and I have been married for 40 years and originally come from Denver, Colorado. We have raised three young men who are all married! When we became empty nesters, we relocated from Denver to Dallas before eventually settling in the Southport Coastal Region of North Carolina. We enjoy spending time with family and love the warm climate that the coastal area of Southport North Carolina offers.
