The 11 floor plans start at 1,194 square feet and feature one to two bedrooms, one to two bathrooms, and either street parking or a garage. Options include sunrooms, porches, updated kitchens or windows, and eat-in kitchens.
The 9-hole golf course is attractive and challenging, and it offers women’s and men’s leagues as well as a putting green. Leisure Village’s 25,000-square-foot clubhouse also has ceramics and woodworking studios, a fitness room, a library, an outdoor pool, and three bocce ball courts.
The property is less than five miles south of the northern shore between Rocky Point State Pine Barrens Preserve and Brookhaven State Park. Local businesses and services include Stop & Shop supermarket, Rite Aid, Movieland Cinemas, and a Walmart.

The Greens at Half Hollow – Melville, NY
