There are five outdoor pools and patios scattered throughout the community, ensuring that your next swim is never far away. There are also ample ways to stay in shape with two pickleball courts, seven tennis courts, and three bocce ball courts. Heritage Hills also gives homeowners plenty to do outdoors with walking and biking trails, a gazebo, and scenic ponds throughout the community. Gardening plots are also available for residents with a green thumb.

Within the confines of the community is the Somers Pointe Golf Club. Available for a separate membership fee, Somers Pointe has an on-site restaurant for enjoying a meal after a round, as well as a club room, and a pro shop for stocking up on gear before hitting the fairways. Somers Pointe Golf Club has two courses: the 18-hole West Hill course and the 9-hole East Hill course. Playing a round in Somers Pointe Golf Club means challenging yet accessible golf that meanders through scenic woods, undulating hills, and natural ponds that accentuate the idyllic scenery. There is also a driving range for practicing your drive before hitting the greens. 

Heritage Hills Homes & Real Estate

Heritage Hills was developed between 1975 and 2003 and is mostly comprised of condominiums. These units range in size from 955 to approximately 1,900 square feet and offer one to three bedrooms, one to two-and-a-half bathrooms, and an assigned carport to an attached two-car garage. Heritage Hills also has a small number of detached homes available. These homes range in size from approximately 1,200 to 1,700 square feet and offer two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an attached two-car garage. Homebuyers love the open floor plans while some units come with hardwood floors throughout, stainless steel appliances, and golf course views. Homeowners also enjoy having private patios while cul-de-sac formations allow neighbors to get to know each other.

Residents will also have more time to enjoy the company of new friends and neighbors thanks to the homeowners' association. The HOA fee includes exterior maintenance as well as snow and trash removal, allowing more freedom to enjoy all that Heritage Hills has to offer rather than worrying about bothersome exterior chores.

Surrounding Area

Heritage Hills is located in Somers, New York. Just outside of the community residents will find everyday conveniences including the Putnam Square Shopping Center and the Somers Commons Shopping Center, giving homeowners quick access to grocery stores, restaurants, and banks. Across the street from the community's entrance on Somers Road, there is a CVS, UPS Store, and doctors offices. Just over five miles away is the Putnam Hospital Center, an award-winning hospital for customer satisfaction. Heritage Hills is located just off of Interstate 684 and, when farther travel is required, JFK International Airport is less than 60 miles away. For regional travel, the Westchester County Airport is just 20 miles away.

Homeowners will also love that the area around Heritage Hills has several lakes, reservoirs, and the Harriman State Park, the second largest in New York, nearby. There are also several golf courses in the area including the Centennial Golf Club and the Anglebrook Golf Club. For visitors it is a nightmare finding someone's home. Better signage is definitely needed. Everyone should have a numbered REAL street address
