Sun City Hilton Head also features an impressive list of amenities that ranges from a 45-acre town center and three 18-hole golf courses to a 20-acre fishing lake and several dozen athletic courts. As far as pickleball goes, there are a dozen courts where residents can challenge neighbors to a friendly game or two.
