Starting the list off big, Del Webb broke ground on Sun City Peachtree in 2007 and will construct 3,387 single-family homes upon completion. Located about an hour south of Atlanta, this golf club community is spread over 1,700 acres of hills and forests in the quiet town of Griffin. Locals can enjoy the friendly downtown area, which has interesting shops, restaurants, and historic sites. Running errands is also easy for residents, with the Tanger Outlet Mall, South Point Mall, Kroger, and Walmart all just short drives away.

Living at Sun City Peachtree may leave homeowners without want to the premises, though.
