All told, the builder, which is part of PulteGroup, is responsible for over 50 age-restricted communities under the Del Webb and Sun City umbrella. That number will easily grow over the next year with multiple Del Webb developments on the horizon.

Del Webb Ponte Vedra

Mid $200s – Mid $500s 

Located just outside Jacksonville, FL, Del Webb Ponte Vedra has become one of the most well-known communities in the area. Construction on the community began in 2007 with plans to include 1,998 homes upon completion. With over 40 plans, homeowners have a wide variety of options, including condos, attached, and single-family homes. Homes range in size from 1,157 to 2,634 square feet with two to four bedrooms, two to four bathrooms, and one- to three-car garages.

The centerpiece of the community is the Anastasia Club, a 37,800 square-foot clubhouse with a fitness center, a learning lounge, and so much more. After a workout in the fitness room or movement spa, residents can relax in the day spa, steam room, or sauna. There are also several events and game rooms throughout the clubhouse. Homeowners have every opportunity to enjoy the outdoors, whether it’s at the Nocatee Nature Preserves, community garden, or 6-miles of walking trails. The community even has a 337-foot zip line.

Del Webb Sweetgrass – Richmond, TX

Houston is one of the fastest-growing metropolitan areas in the country. There are many reasons for this, one reason so many active adults are heading to the gulf is Del Webb Sweetgrass. Located in Richmond, Del Webb Sweetgrass will have 1,500 single-family homes upon completion. The community has over 20 floor plans ranging from 1,109 to 2,587 square feet. They include two to four bedrooms, one-and-a-half to four bathrooms, and two- or three-car garages

Amenities are focused around the 27,000 square-foot clubhouse called Lakehouse. Inside is a fitness center, pool and spa, internet coffee bar, billiards room, and much more. Outdoors you’ll find another pool and spa, two tennis courts, four bocce courts, and four pickleball courts. There are also miles of walking trails and an outdoor amphitheater for concerts and performances. The community also has a series of lakes on which residents can take their boats.

Del Webb Lake Providence – Mt. Juliet, TN

Living in the Nashville area means mild weather, music all the time, and trendy boutiques and eateries. Del Webb Lake Providence has allowed active adults to live this dream since 2006. The community has just over 1,000 low-maintenance homes ranging in size from 1,205 to 2,597. They include two to four bedrooms, two to three bathrooms, and two- or three-car garages.

Amenities in the community allow residents to stay active and engaged whether it’s indoors or out. The Club, a 24,000 square-foot clubhouse, includes a state-of-the-art fitness center, lap pool, walking track, and several game and hobby rooms. Outdoors, homeowners can bask in the sun at the resort-style pool and spa, enjoy kayaking on the 15-acre fishing lake, and play tennis, pickleball, or bocce. Del Webb Lake Providence’s location means residents are never far from the fun to be had in Nashville.

Del Webb at Cane Bay

As Coastal Carolina becomes one of the most popular places to retire, Del Webb at Cane Bay has seen an immense interest. The community, located just outside the historic town of Charleston, has 1,000 single-family homes. These homes range in size from 1,109 to 2,565 square feet and include two to four bedrooms, one-and-a-half to four bathrooms, and two- or two-and-a-half-car garages.

This Tucson area community is located in the master-planned community of Rancho Del Lago. With 522 single-family homes, Del Webb at Rancho Del Lago is a premier 55+ community in Southern Arizona. There are several models in the community ranging from 1,212 to 2,823 square feet of living space. They have two or three bedrooms, two or two-and-a-half bathrooms, and two- or two-and-a-half-car garages.

Those looking to spend time golfing will love having access to the 18-hole Ranch Del Lago Golf Course. There’s even an 18-hole mini-golf course for those looking for a more casual time.
