Mid $200s - Low $1Ms
Situated five miles from historic downtown Wilmington, the expansive Brunswick Forest community will feature a total of 8,000 attached and single-family homes upon final completion. Compass Pointe is another large community near Wilmington that features a total of 2,000 attached and single-family homes. The neighborhood has a seemingly endless list of available floor plans that range from 1,641 to 3,492 square feet and have one to four bedrooms, two to four bathrooms, and two-car garages.
While the community’s coastal location is a big perk in itself, there are also plenty of amenities for residents to take advantage of on the property.
