Brunswick ForestLeland, NC

Situated five miles from historic downtown Wilmington, the expansive Brunswick Forest community will feature a total of 8,000 attached and single-family homes upon final completion. There are dozens of floor plans that range from 1,011 to 3,511 square feet. Layouts have two to four bedrooms, two to four-and-a-half bathrooms, and up to three-car garages. Several plans also include den space.

Noteworthy amenities within Brunswick Forest include a large wellness center that boasts both cardio and strength training equipment, an indoor lap pool, steam and massage rooms, and an aerobics studio. Outdoor amenities include 40 miles of trails, five tennis courts, a resort-style pool, a fishing pond, and a boat launch. Cape Fear National Golf Course, Brunswick Forest’s 18-hole championship golf course, has a 7,000-square-foot clubhouse, a pro shop, locker rooms, and indoor and outdoor dining options.

Compass Pointe is another large community near Wilmington that features a total of 2,000 attached and single-family homes.
