Brunswick ForestLeland, NC

Situated five miles from historic downtown Wilmington, the expansive Brunswick Forest community will feature a total of 8,000 attached and single-family homes upon final completion. There are dozens of floor plans that range from 1,011 to 3,511 square feet. Layouts have two to four bedrooms, two to four-and-a-half bathrooms, and up to three-car garages. Several plans also include den space.

Noteworthy amenities within Brunswick Forest include a large wellness center that boasts both cardio and strength training equipment, an indoor lap pool, steam and massage rooms, and an aerobics studio. Compass Pointe is another large community near Wilmington that features a total of 2,000 attached and single-family homes. The neighborhood has a seemingly endless list of available floor plans that range from 1,641 to 3,492 square feet and have one to four bedrooms, two to four bathrooms, and two-car garages.

While the community’s coastal location is a big perk in itself, there are also plenty of amenities for residents to take advantage of on the property. Meadowlands Golf ClubCalabash, NC

Meadowlands Golf Club has 450 single-family homes with ten distinct floor plans for potential buyers to consider. Homes feature open layouts that range from 1,430 to 2,711 square feet and have two to five bedrooms, two to three-and-a-half bathrooms, and two-car garages.
