Golfers will be delighted by the on-site driving range, pro shop, and two courses. The longer course is an 18-hole, par-72 course, while the shorter course is a 9-hole, 36-par course.

With 6,678 attached, condo-style, and single-family homes, this gated community offers a home to suite everyone’s needs. From cozy condos to large single family homes, the houses at Rossmoor range from 600 to 2,535 square feet, and feature a variety of floor plans.

A low monthly homeowners’ association (HOA) fee provides services such as exterior maintenance, landscaping, common area maintenance, security, cable TV, and bus transportation.
