Situated in the picturesque Texas Hill Country, Hill Country Retreat is a 55+ community that offers new and resale San Antonio, Texas homes for sale. Upon completion, the community will be home to more than 2,000 single-family homes built by Del Webb and Village Builders. Del Webb offers new one-story homes that range in size from 1,109 to 2,691 square feet. Some homes feature an optional second floor while all models are designed with flowing floor plans. The homes in Hill Country Retreat by Village Builders are available on a resale-only basis.

When it comes to staying socially and physically active, homeowners enjoy a varied line-up of activities and events thanks to a full-time activities director. Residents can participate in a mix of events such as potluck dinners, walking clubs, and Friday night socials. Features include granite countertops, hardwood floors, and stone fireplaces. All homes are designed with active adults in mind, featuring first-floor master bedrooms and smaller lot sizes.
