Perched at an elevation of 2,600 feet, in Beaumont, California, Solera at Oak Valley Greens is a luxurious active adult community which offers resort-style living and beautiful single-family homes. Highlights of this spectacular community include the 18-hole Oak Valley Greens Golf Course, an 18,000 square-foot clubhouse and a variety of outdoor recreations. 

Solera at Oak Valley Greens was built by Del Webb from 2003 to 2006. The community, which is completed, now contains 1,290 single-family homes in sizes ranging from 1,392 to 2,137 square feet. During construction, Solera’s popularity led to a quick sell out and today’s homebuyers can now choose from available resale homes.

Amenities within Solera at Oak Valley Greens are largely centered around the 18,000 square-foot Oakmont Clubhouse. This impressive facility offers arts and crafts studios, hobby and game rooms, a library and plenty of space for socializing. Just outside of the Oakmont Clubhouse, residents can enjoy a swimming pool and spa area, tennis courts and bocce ball courts. Several miles of scenic walking and biking trails are available, and residents can also enjoy the recreations at the nearby San Bernardino National Forest and in the San Gorgonio Mountains. Resident golfers can also test their skill at the adjacent 18-hole, 7,003-yard Oak Valley Greens Golf Course. Plus, the higher elevation helps keep Solera cooler than other area communities for more comfortable outdoor recreations.

Single-family homes within Solera at Oak Valley Greens were originally offered in just three floor plans. Each design includes two bedrooms, two or two-and-a-half bathrooms, a den, a spacious great room and a covered patio for outdoor living. Luxury touches include Corian kitchen countertops, oak cabinetry and 10-foot ceilings. The smallest model has a garage for two cars, while the larger designs include two-and-a-half-car garages. At 1,392 square feet, the Princess model is thoughtfully designed for low-maintenance living. Its kitchen features a peninsula counter which opens into the dining area and great room, which in turn offers access to the covered patio.

The larger Trillion model, at 1,687 square feet, has a similar design, with more room for walk-in bedroom closets and spacious bathrooms. As the largest model, the Emerald design provides 2,137 square feet of living space. Its open kitchen features a large island, setting it apart from the dining area and great room which curves around a covered patio. Both the master and guest bedrooms are complete with en suite bathrooms and walk-in closets, while a half-bath is conveniently located near the entryway.
