The community was an instant success when Del Webb opened Solera at Oak Valley Greens in 2003. Adults who wanted an active lifestyle community with beautifully designed homes closer to the urban centers of Los Angeles, Orange County and San Diego flocked to Solera. As a result of the community's ideal location, world-class amenities, active lifestyle and finely crafted homes, it sold out in just three years. The 18,000 square-foot Oakmont Clubhouse is the focal point for all community social and fitness activities in Solera at Oak Valley Greens. Who knew there was a diamond in the rough .....We had been looking for an active senior community for 2 years and came across this little paradise. We are blessed with charms of this place. It has all indoor and outdoor activity....you name it and it is there. Great people Great weather. All kinds of stores are within 5 miles. Restaurants within 3 miles. Hospitals within 5 miles. Come check this out before you make your decision.
I am very happy that I chose this community after taking a year to make my final decision. Neighbors are so friendly and helpful. I joined the Solo club and enjoyed meeting some fun people and look forward to future outings. My experience with Mike Belger, my realtor, was top notch. He was very patient with me as I worked with him to sell my old home and purchase my forever home. I immediately felt at home and safe in this community and love the pool and gym!
Charming community with friendly neighbors, great amenities and reasonably priced homes. It's also gated 24 hours so I feel very safe here. It's a good location, private and has everything I could want. There are lots of special clubs to join and events happening every week. My social calendar is always booked! Anna
I Love it here.Location is great, community is great. There is Always things to do if interested. My favorite day is Tuesdays when we meet to play Cards. There is usually about 16-24 of us, we bring goodies and enjoy each others company.
