Vineyards

A plethora of new and resale properties are available at Vineyards, a Naples golf community that has two 18-hole golf courses for residents to enjoy. In addition to the 36 well-landscaped holes of golf, there’s also a driving range and a pro shop.

Residents also enjoy a day spa and a community park that spans 32 acres. Golf is a popular activity among residents as well as wine tasting, karaoke, specialty dinners, and social events. Vineyards is on the northern end of Naples, which is home to prestigious shops and fine dining.

There are single-family homes, attached villas, and luxury condos available to buyers. The condos have two or three bedrooms and between 1,772 and 2,245 square feet with two to three-and-a-half bathrooms and an assigned parking space. Attached coach homes are larger with 2,077 to 3,282 square feet, two to three bedrooms, two-and-a-half or three-and-a-half bathrooms, and an attached two-car garage. Single-family homes are available in five models with 2,724 to 4,242 square feet with three to four bedrooms, three or four-and-a-half bathrooms, and an attached two- or three-car garage.

Riviera Golf Estates

Buyers who want to find a golf course community in Naples without blowing a carefully constructed budget have a great option at Riviera Golf Estates. This is a 55+ community with resale condos and single-family homes as well as 18 holes of golf that don’t require a membership. Residents simply pay as they play, keeping costs down.

Additional amenities include shuffleboard, bocce ball, tennis, and pickleball courts. There’s also a pool and a clubhouse with a fitness center and space for billiards, cards, and arts and crafts. Residents also enjoy the library and computer room.

Views of the golf course are available from many of the single-family homes, which offer between 672 and 2,158 square feet with two or three bedrooms and one-and-a-half to three bathrooms. Condos offer 1,025 to 1,700 square feet, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and private balconies or courtyards in two-story buildings.

Pelican Bay

Play golf alongside a mangrove preserve just a few miles from the Gulf of Mexico at Pelican Bay. This is a well-established golf course community in Naples, and residents enjoy resort-style amenities in their community center and at The Club at Pelican Bay, which requires a membership.

At The Club at Pelican Bay, residents can play golf on the 27-hole course, utilize golf practice facilities and a croquet lawn, and enjoy a meal or a drink in one of the many restaurants and dining rooms. Fitness is a big part of life at Pelican Bay, and active adult residents can usually be found in a yoga or spinning class or enjoying the miles of biking and walking trails throughout the community.

Homes are available on a resale basis. There are 6,500 condos, attached villas, and single-family homes, and they cover a large range when it comes to price, floor plans, and features. Buyers can choose a condo with 1,200 to 1,600 square feet or a large estate with up to 8,000 square feet. There are more than 50 distinct neighborhoods in this non-age-restricted community golf community.

Treviso Bay

Unlimited golf course memberships are available to Treviso Bay residents, making this a desirable Naples golf community for buyers who plan to play a lot. The 18-hole TPC championship golf course was designed by Arthur Hills, and it’s accessible to beginners as well as pros.

The community also offers a driving range, a practice pitch, and a putting green as well as plenty of space to store golf carts. Homeowners also enjoy tennis courts, a modern and dazzling fitness center, and access to Rilassare, a 15,000-square-foot sports and amenity complex. Golfers will also enjoy the on-site pro shop.

There are no age restrictions at Treviso Bay, and the community has 1,300 new and resale condos, attached villas, and single-family homes developed by multiple builders. Condos, attached veranda, and coach homes offer 1,194 to 2,099 square feet with two or three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Single-family homes come in over a dozen models and floor plans with 1,649 to 4,239 square feet, two to four bedrooms, and two to five bathrooms. Most homes include extra space, formal dining rooms, and outdoor living space. They also have attached garages for one to three cars.
