Construction of Moorings began in 1957, and there are currently more than 4,000 single-family homes and condominiums in the community. Both new and resale properties are available.

Condominiums range from 798 to 4,653 square feet, with one to four bedrooms and two to five and a half bathrooms. Some condos also have attached garages with space for up to two cars.
