Vineyards, located in beautiful Naples, is a 1,375-acre gated community that boasts two private 18-hole golf courses, an active tennis facility with 12 Har-Tru courts, an impressive 70,000 square-foot clubhouse, and homes that cover a wide spectrum of sizes, styles, and prices. This award-winning community is open to all ages, but offers amenities and homes that appeal to discerning active adults. Residents at the Vineyards can choose from one of four membership packages to meet their personal needs in order to enjoy the amenities.

With its prime location in the prestigious North Naples area, Vineyards residents enjoy living in close proximity to many fine dining, shopping, and cultural attractions. Naples offers miles of white beaches along Florida’s gulf coast, and a variety of fishing, boating, and other recreational activities. The area’s mature landscaping, tropical climate, and natural beauty will make every day feel like a vacation.

Vineyards Amenities

Vineyards’ plentiful amenities are available at the 70,000 square-foot Vineyards Country Club. A membership is required to enjoy all of these amenities. The state-of-the-art fitness center features both cardiovascular and strength-training equipment, group classes, and personal trainers. Physical therapists and massage therapists are available as well. Residents can swim at the community’s resort-style pool or relax and enjoy the Florida sunshine while lounging on the spacious patio. There are also several satellite clubhouses and outdoor pools scattered throughout the neighborhoods within Vineyards.

There are 12 Har-Tru tennis courts and a tennis pro shop. Six of the tennis courts are lighted for nighttime play. Vineyards has one of the most active tennis programs in the country. Men, women and juniors can take part in the private and group classes, clinics, and tournaments held throughout the year.

With two beautifully maintained private 18-hole championship golf courses, Vineyards is an ideal community for golf enthusiasts. Designed by PGA professional Mark McCumber in a Scottish-links style, the North Course provides comfortable yet challenging play for a range of skill levels. The South Course, which is a former host of the Naples Senior Event, was designed by Bill Amick to meet the needs of both the serious amateur and professional golfer. An on-site golf pro shop and driving range are also available for members.

Adjacent to Vineyards, the 32-acre Community Park provides residents with an abundance of natural open space for outdoor activities. The park contains a community center, which provides sporting equipment rentals, and contains a game room with ping-pong, billiards and foosball tables. Other outdoor facilities include two softball fields, four soccer fields, four tennis courts, two basketball courts, four racquetball courts, walking trails, picnic shelters, a pavilion, and playground.

Vineyards Homes & Real Estate

Vineyards’ homes include a wide variety of styles, sizes, and prices. Nearly every type of home is available within this spacious community. There are affordable mid-rise condos, and attached residences as coach homes. Single-family homes are available in various models, each with their own distinct style as well as upscale estate homes, which are custom designed.

There are 40 individual neighborhoods found within the Vineyards. Each neighborhood offers a distinct housing style that means buyers can find many floor plans in a myriad of price ranges. The neighborhoods within Vineyards include: Arbor Glen, Aspen Palms, Augusta Falls, Avellino Isles, Ave Maria, Banyan Bay, Bellerive, Camelot Park, Chardonnay, Chestnut Grove, Clubside Reserve, Concord, Devon Woods, Erin Lake, Fountainhead, Glen Lake Estates, Hammock Isles, Lalique, Laguna Royale, Montelena, Napa Ridge, Oak Colony, Palo Verde, Regency Reserve, San Miguel, San Rafael, Silver Oaks, Sonoma Lake, Terrancina, Tierra Lago, Tri Vigne, Tuscany, Valley Oak, Venezia Grande Estates, Villa Florenza, Villa Verona, Villa Vistana, Vintage Reserve, Vista Pointe, and Wedgewood.

Vineyards Lifestyle

Though the Vineyards’ many neighborhoods are open to all ages, the community will appeal to active adults. The various amenities include championship golf, tennis facilities, swimming pools, and more. Vineyards residents can customize their experience by choosing one of four membership packages at the Vineyards Country Club. Full Equity Membership includes unlimited access to all of the golf, tennis, swimming, fitness and social amenities at the Club. Full Equity members can reserve tennis and tee times up to seven days in advance, and do not pay court or greens fees to play.

Sports Equity Membership allows limited use of the Club’s golf, tennis, swimming, fitness and social amenities. Sports Equity members are required to pay court and green fees and are not eligible to join the Men’s or Women’s Golf Associations. Tennis Equity Membership allows full use of the tennis, swimming, fitness and social amenities. Tennis members can reserve courts up to five days in advance and do not pay court fees to play. However, Tennis Equity members do not have access to any of the Club’s golf amenities. For those who do not wish to play tennis or golf, the Social Equity Membership allows full access to all of the Club’s swimming, fitness and social amenities.

Area

Vineyards is located in the prestigious North Naples area. The community can be accessed via Vineyards Boulevard, just off of I-75, and is set in close proximity to many shopping, dining and cultural attractions. The community’s own shopping center, Crossroads Market, includes a Publix grocery store, Walgreen's pharmacy, restaurants, a hair salon, and florist. Shopping opportunities range from specialty boutiques to large chain department stores. With miles of white beaches stretching along the gulf coast, Naples offers fantastic fishing, boating, and other waterfront activities. Naples is also home to many large nature preserves, making it an ideal destination for nature-lovers.

Active adults who choose to live in the Vineyards will also appreciate living near the Naples medical campus of the Physicians Regional Medical Center Foundation, one of the finest medical facilities in the world.
