1. Oceana

Oceana is an expansive 55+ community offering 2,000 homes ranging from condos, attached, and single-family homes. The community is centrally located in Oceanside and within an hour of some of Southern California’s most popular attractions such as Disneyland and the San Diego Zoo.

Oceana is divided into five sections with each section having its own clubhouse or club room as well as a pool and patio. The main Oceana clubhouse is where all residents can gather to enjoy the community’s amenities. Within the main clubhouse, residents enjoy the lounge, card rooms, computer rooms, billiards, library, as well as an arts and crafts studio, ceramics studio, jewelry studio, and woodworking shop.
