The Cottage Collection consists of single-family homes: The Umstead, The Templeton, and The Wesley.

Umstead single-family homes are 1,812 square feet and have two to three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an attached two-car garage. Homes are one story and may include a den, walk-in pantry, private courtyard, and an open floor plan. Bathrooms can include a shower with a seat. Buyers have the option to add a sunroom, a cover porch, and an extension to the breakfast area. A fireplace and dining room can also be added.

The Templeton single-family model is 2,080 square feet with two to four bedrooms, two-and-a-half bathrooms, and an attached two-car garage. Features in some homes include a den, walk-in closets, a loft, and added storage. Certain kitchens have a wall oven and microwave set, granite countertops, and a pantry. An extended covered patio, a guest sweet, and an additional second-floor bedroom can be added.  Buyers may also add a side or corner fireplace.

Wesley single-family models are 2,175 square feet and have three to five bedrooms, three bathrooms, and an attached two-car garage. Certain models also include a den, walk-in closets, fireplace, upstairs storage, and a loft. The master bathroom may include double vanities, a glass shower with a seat, and tiled floors. Optional features include a door from the master’s suite to the laundry room, a covered porch, an extended breakfast area, and two additional bedrooms.

The Manor Collection offers The Tryon, another single-family model. The Tryon single-family model is 2,120 square feet and has three to four bedrooms, three bathrooms, and an attached two-car garage. Common features in this model include a private courtyard, a covered porch in the front and rear, a loft, and unfinished storage. Some models also include a wall oven and microwave combo, granite countertops, walk-in closets, and a shower with a seat. Buyers may add a sitting room, a fireplace, and an additional bedroom.

The Garden Collection features the community’s attached models: The Hillcrest and The Maynard.

Hillcrest attached homes are 1,653 square feet and have two to three bedrooms, two to three bathrooms, and an attached two-car garage. Certain homes include an upstairs loft, an attic, and a covered porch. Granite countertops, a gas cooktop, pantry, walk-in closets, and double vanities are also available in some models. Buyers have the option to add an additional bedroom and bathroom upstairs.

The Maynard attached home is 1,809 square feet and has two to three bedrooms, two to three bathrooms, and an attached two-car garage. Features in some models include an open floor plan, a covered porch, and a loft. Some models may also include an island in the kitchen, additional cabinet and pantry space, a gas cooktop, and granite countertops. Double vanities and walk-in closets are also available in some homes. Homebuyers can add an additional bedroom and bathroom upstairs, as well.
