About Heritage Pines

Heritage Pines in Cary, North Carolina is a 298-home active adult community with single-family homes and one-story villas. The community includes tree-lined streets, a socially active lifestyle and an amenity filled clubhouse. It retains a small-town atmosphere where making new friends is easy and neighbors are friendly.

Heritage Pines in Cary was built by K. Hovnanian Homes and Westminister between 2000 and 2006. The community is ideally set in the heart of the Triangle area between Raleigh, Durham and Chapel Hill. The area is immersed in culture and surrounded by world-renowned healthcare, great shopping, and top-notch universities. Money Magazine has continually ranked Cary among their "Best Places to Live."

Heritage Pines Amenities

The fun at Heritage Pines all happens in the community's central clubhouse. A variety of fun events, classes and activities are available for the residents. The clubhouse also includes great amenities such as a fitness center, outdoor pool, card room, craft room, library and kitchen. The recreation area surrounding the clubhouse includes tennis, bocce ball, horseshoe and shuffleboard courts. There are also scenic trails that wind through the community.
