Woodland Contractors started development of Heritage Run in 2014. Upon the community's completion, Heritage Run is expected to have 88 single-family homes, making this quaint neighborhood a perfect place to settle into the quiet countryside of Central Pennsylvania.

Heritage Run’s colonial-style homes are offered in six different floor plans, all with multiple options for customization. Homes range in size from 1,206 to 1,677 square feet and feature anywhere from one to three bedrooms, some even offering a den for extra space. These plans also feature one-and-a-half to two bathrooms as well as an attached one-car garage, making parking a breeze. These homes offer luxurious amenities such as outdoor patios and cathedral ceilings.

Heritage Run Lifestyle

Heritage Run brings active adults together, giving them a community in which to take part in a variety of groups and activities. Residents can go for group bike rides on the trail at Snitz Creek Park. While there isn’t an activities director on site, residents are welcome to start clubs and plan activities that cater to their interests.
