This is a beautiful new community. Do not, however, go to the community office without first contacting Korinn Fees. She knows the ins and outs and will help you through the process. Very happy we had a house built here. Rural but just one mile from civilization.
I am having a home built at the Crossing at Sweet Briar, PA. It is a beautiful setting and a very peaceful area. I have been looking for more than 2 years for just the right home, location and affordable area to retire and I finally found it. I am excited to move in a couple of months to my new home.
There is one model home you can see at sweet Briar, The Norton, and other models in the area to also see that can be built at The Crossings at Sweet Briar, PA.
I was at the Design Center several weeks ago and I would like to add that the staff at Landmark Homes are very nice and answer any questions you may have during the process. I found it to be a fun time to pick out all my options.
If you would like a peaceful area to retire in Pennsylvania which has a lot of things to see and do in nearby Hershey or Lancaster, this is the 55+ for you.
