Luckily, there are quite a few active adult communities that offer the convenience of on-site restaurants. It makes it easier to meet with friends and loved ones who find it difficult to travel far, or who just simply like to stay close to home.

Fairfield Glade – Crossville

Tellico Village – Loudon

The country club is located right on Tellico Lake and provides docks for boaters visiting friends and family at Tellico Village.

Rarity Bay – Vonore
