Originally built in 1995, it’s made up of a mixture of both new construction and resale residences. Prices range between the mid $100s and the mid $1Ms.

While Sun City Hilton Head already boasts thousands of homes and spans thousands of acres, there are no signs of the gated community’s growth slowing down anytime soon. Del Webb’s current plans for the community include increasing the number of neighborhoods from 57 to a total of 62. It’s also estimated that there will be more than 18,000 residents once the development is complete.

New construction homes are continuously being built and put on the market. To increase its appeal, Del Webb also continues to add to its dozens of floor plans to entice prospective homebuyers.

The series includes 13 distinct layouts that range from 1,223 to 3,728 square feet. Floor plans range from two to four bedrooms, two to five-and-a-half bathrooms, and two- or three-car garages. They also offer buyers plenty of flex space and additional options like lofts, sunrooms, and screened-in porches. New floor plan prices range from the mid $200s to the mid $300s.
