The series includes 13 distinct layouts that range from 1,223 to 3,728 square feet. Floor plans range from two to four bedrooms, two to five-and-a-half bathrooms, and two- or three-car garages. They also offer buyers plenty of flex space and additional options like lofts, sunrooms, and screened-in porches. New floor plan prices range from the mid $200s to the mid $300s.
4. 54 Holes of Golf
There’s no shortage of desirable amenities for homeowners to enjoy within Sun City Hilton Head’s gates, but one of the community’s biggest draws is its 54 holes of golf that are spread over three 18-hole courses.
Two of the neighborhood’s courses—The Okatie Creek Golf Club and Hidden Cypress Golf Club—are championship courses designed by PGA tour professional, Mark McCumber. All of the courses appeal to golfers of every skill level.
