This 55+ community, upon completion, will have approximately 1,300 homes that are protected by a gated entry. With ten different home designs to choose from, these state-of-the-art homes will range in size from 1,289 square feet to over 2,634 square feet.

Amenities

In terms of amenities the Lakewood Ranch community is planned to offer courts for tennis, bocce and pickleball. Other attractive listed features include its heated resort-style pool and spa, state-of-the-art fitness center, outdoor BBQ grill, event lawn, and fire pit. It will also have an outdoor barefoot bar.

The community clubhouse will be comprised of activity and craft rooms, a library, catering kitchen and a Wi-Fi café. Del Webb Lakewood Ranch will host a variety of clubs, special interest groups, day trips and niche-oriented classes. Other anticipated social events include potlucks, movie nights, and themed dinners. Great ways to keep up on the activities you love while making friends with others who share the same hobbies and interests.

This neighborhood will also have an on-site lifestyle director to plan and take care of details so you don’t have to. Del Webb is known for their specialty in building active adult communities and Lakewood Ranch planners have put thought into the amenities that give this large community a small-town feel.

“Whether part of a smaller, intimate setting or large resort-style community, amenities are one way Del Webb encourages residents to realize their full potential as individuals and members of a community,” Del Webb says. “Amenities are more than buildings, pools, and fitness centers; they are invitations to make friends and explore new interests”.
