The Club Series has two detached villas ranging from 1,686 to 1,926 square feet of living space. These models have two to three bedrooms, two bathrooms and an attached two-car garage. These floor plans are perfect for homebuyers with private master bathrooms and open floor plans.
The Golf Series VII offers single-family homes ranging from 1,856 to 3,144 square feet of living space. They have two or three bedrooms, two to three-and-a-half bathrooms and an attached two-car garage. The Golf VIII Series single-family homes offer 2,702 to 3,439 square feet of living space. They have three bedrooms, three-and-a-half bathrooms, and an attached two-car garage. Gourmet kitchens and private master bathrooms are some of the features included in this collection.

We purchased a home here last summer. So far we've been happy with everything. The fitness center is exceptionally nice as are the game room and the outdoor pools. There are plenty of nice little places inside or outside the clubhouse to meet up with friends over coffee and the trails are great as well. Our dog loves the doggie park and we've even had him out on the canoe. We found the homes here to be a little bit unique in terms of the floor plan designs and we like that they are low-maintenance and include a lot of nice features.
