Once everything is in place, there will be a town center, a pet spa, and a private beach club. There’s a lot to love about living here, and people from all over the country looking for the best retirement communities in Florida are increasingly showing an interest in Minto’s Margaritaville concept.

Over 3,000 single-family and attached homes will be available at this 55+ community, and dozens of floor plans are offered to help active adults find the home that fits their lifestyle.

Today, we’re looking at the Beach Collection and its five different layouts for single-family homes. The names of these models alone will have you dreaming of a Florida retirement near the sea.

The Coconut Model

With two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a den, and a two-car garage, the Coconut model has 1,684 square feet and an outdoor lanai. Buyers will enjoy a formal entry, a laundry room, and a master suite that includes a walk-in closet and a bathroom with double sinks and a linen closet. It’s the smallest single-family model available at Latitude Margaritaville, and ideal for buyers looking for an opportunity to downsize and keep things simple.

The Parrot Model

Larger than the Coconut but still manageable in size, the Parrot has 1,939 square feet. There are two large bedrooms, two bathrooms, a den, and a spacious foyer. Standard models also come with a two-car garage and an outdoor lanai. The open floor plan features a breakfast area, a great room, and a kitchen island. The master suite has two walk-in closets and a separate tub.

The Hammock Model

For buyers who need more space, the Hammock model offers around 2,110 square feet, a long and regal foyer, and two-and-a-half bathrooms. It’s a two-bedroom home, with the master suite on the opposite end of the house from the guest bedroom and bathroom. This is great for privacy when you have guests visiting.

This model includes a formal dining room, a den, a kitchen with plenty of space for gourmet cooking, and a breakfast area. There’s also a lanai off the great room and a two-car garage in front of the house. In the master suite, two walk-in closets are available as well as a bathroom with double sinks. This is a perfect model for entertaining inside or outdoors.

The Breeze Model

As soon as you walk into the Breeze model, there’s a den that can easily be converted to office space. Continue through the foyer and you’ll arrive at the dining room and kitchen, which leads into a great room and a dedicated breakfast space. This model has two bedrooms and two-and-a-half bathrooms, as well as a two-car garage. There’s a pantry, a laundry room off the second bedroom, and a large, L-shaped lanai.

The Cabana Model

The largest model in the Beach Collection is the Cabana, at approximately 2,392 square feet. This property has three bedrooms plus a den. There are two-and-a-half bathrooms, a laundry room, and a formal dining room. For entertaining, there’s a large open kitchen that opens into the great room.

The outdoor lanai is accessed from the main living area, and buyers can choose to have a door put in for outside access through the master suite. It’s possible to upgrade to ceilings higher than 10 feet in the great room and the master bedroom. This model is spacious and accommodating for residents who have frequent guests and enjoy entertaining.

Buying in Latitude Margaritaville

New and resale homes at Latitude Margaritaville are available from the low $200s to the mid $400s. All of these five models in the Beach Collection are standard, and Minto builders work closely with buyers to choose finishings and designs that meet their needs and desires.

Consider one of the Ethan Allen design collections available to interested buyers. The Beach House theme might pair perfectly with any of the models in this collection. It includes weathered-looking finishes and cottage-style elements. Colors will remind you of seashells and sand.

There are lots of opportunities to customize your new home, and the high-quality construction used at Latitude Margaritaville is energy-efficient and environmentally friendly.
