Built in 1985, the age-restricted Covenant Towers is home to more than 150 condos. The community offers prospective buyers five floor plans, from a 450-square-foot studio all the way to a 1,468-square-foot condo with two bedrooms and three bathrooms.

Covenant Towers spans nine acres and features a number of amenities including a library; craft, game, and dining rooms; a coffee shop; and a hair salon. There are also several outdoor amenities for residents to enjoy including a pool and patio, walking paths, and a community garden. Along with its amenities, Covenant Towers is also conveniently located near the Grand Strand and Pine Lakes Country Club.

Hilton Head Plantation – Hilton Head Island, SC

The established community of Hilton Head Plantation was built in 1973 and features more than 4,200 homes. There are single-family and attached homes available as well as condominiums. Hilton Head Plantation also features an extensive list of amenities, including the Dolphin Head Recreational Area, which has a clubhouse, a hobby and game room, a catering kitchen, horseshoe pits, and a BBQ grill. Located right outside of Columbia, the gated and age-restricted community Hulon Greene features a combination of 140 condos and single-family homes that are available as resale-only. The development’s condominiums range from 832 to 1,210 square feet with two bedrooms and two bathrooms.

Hulon Green’s list of amenities includes a clubhouse with a library, multipurpose rooms, and a fitness center. Outside, homeowners will have access to a pool and patio.

Savannah Lakes Village – McCormick, SC
