The community provides residents with access to Green Valley Recreation, which includes a long list of amenities and facilities. This massive system of amenities includes 13 amenity centers, heated pools, tennis, shuffleboard, pickleball, and basketball courts as well as many more opportunities and outlets for residents to take advantage of.

Casa Paloma has over 600 attached homes which are ideal for active adult homebuyers looking to downsize from a single-family home. These cozy homes are under 2,000 square feet and have two bedrooms and bathrooms.

Casitas de Castilian – Tucson

Below $100k – High $100s

Located in popular Tucson, Casitas de Castilian is a quaint, European-style 55+ community. Consisting of 116 attached homes, it offers active adults a low-maintenance lifestyle and plenty of green space.

Square footage starts around 800, so it’s a great community for downsizing. Home has one to three bedrooms and carports. Although built from 1965 to 1974, many homes have been upgraded to modern styles and conveniences.

Amenities include a clubhouse with a multi-purpose room and catering kitchen. There are two outdoor pools, a tennis court, and 17 acres of green space. Plus, homeowners are always close to the fun of downtown Tucson.

Green Valley Fairways – Green Valley

Green Valley Fairways is another active adult community in Green Valley. This community is also a part of the Green Valley Recreation network.

The entire community is made up of three subdivisions: Fairways I, Fairways II, and Fairways III.
