Casa Paloma in Green Valley, Arizona is a 55+ community that’s made up of two homeowners’ associations located across the street from one another. Casa Paloma I has 256 homes and Casa Paloma II has 383 homes. Homeowners of both pay Green Valley Recreation (GVR) fees, which provide them with a membership to GVR’s network of facilities.

Casa Paloma Amenities
GVR fees include access to 13 recreation centers with numerous amenities. Residents of Casa Paloma have full use of state-of-the-art fitness centers with dance studios, a dozen heated pools, sports courts, and many hobby studios.
Residents of Casa Paloma especially enjoy having two of GVR’s satellite centers near their homes. The Casa Paloma I and II clubhouses are two of the 13 facilities and each have their own multi-purpose room, kitchenette, outdoor pool and spa, and shuffleboard courts.
Casa Paloma Homes & Real Estate
Casa Paloma I contains 256 homes on the east side of La Canada Drive and Casa Paloma II has 383 homes on the west. A total of 639 homes were built between the years of 1974 and 1979. Like a lot of the homes in Green Valley, these are offered on a resale only basis. Active adults are drawn to Casa Paloma's attached homes here for its single-level living and low-maintenance exteriors. Generally homes are under 2,000 square feet and have two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Parking is available through carports and driveways.

There are countless clubs and classes offered through Green Valley Recreation for active adults’ enjoyment.
