Rancho Resort is a 55+ community located in Sahuarita, Arizona. This gated community is a part of the Rancho Sahuarita master-planned community located just south of Tucson and north of Green Valley in Southern Arizona.
The Courtyards, Madera Village, and Del Webb Las Brisas are neighborhoods that make up 370 single-family homes throughout the Rancho Resort community. Hamco Homes and Del Webb built low-maintenance homes designed for active adults with single-level floor plans that feature two to three bedrooms and attached garages.
Rancho Resort provides amenities that active adults desire while enjoying the company of new friends and neighbors. There is a busy schedule of clubs and activities to provide a lifestyle ideal for those that are looking for an entertaining social scene.

The Rancho Resort clubhouse is in the heart of the community. At 20,000 square feet there are endless recreational activities offered inside. The Courtyards and Madera Village are two neighborhoods that were developed by Hamco Homes between the years of 1999 and 2009. Del Webb Las Brisas is another neighborhood within the gates of Rancho Resort with homes built between 2003 and 2006.
Del Webb Las Brisas features homes that range in size from approximately 1,000 to 2,000 square feet with walled-in yards, stucco exteriors, and two-car garages. Learning is never-ending with interesting museums like the Pima Air and Space Museum and the Titan Missile Museum. Mexico is nearby and provides a great location for day-trips for shopping for unique pottery, jewelry, and furniture in Nogales.

An absolute hidden gem of a community ! Have been a resident for over 2 yrs. , everything about Rancho Resort is first class from the amenities ,which are keep in immaculate condition, to the hundreds of friendly residents.
I've enjoyed living here the past two years and have made many new friends. I am very active in community events and clubs and it's helped me meet people who share my interests. I can honestly say I never would have expected to enjoy being so busy but all the activities here are so much fun I don't want to miss anything!
Community very close to Sahuarita Landfill located on S la Canada Drive...When I asked a sales agent about it, I was told the nearest landfill was 10 miles away.This is a "gated" community, but the gates are wide open during the day..Obviously the Developer is running the show and keeps the gates open so contractors can come and go at will.... Home construction quality is average and many homes are really close to the highway (I-19) and traffic noise is very disturbing.....
