Located within the Spring Mountain Range, Sun City Summerlin is Del Webb’s first active adult community in the Las Vegas area. The community is part of the Summerlin master-planned community and features nearly 8,000 reasonably priced single-family and attached resale home.

Floor plans consist of 18 attached models and 24 single-family home models. In terms of attached homes, plans provide 1,003 and 1,757 square feet of space and include one to two bedrooms, one to two-and-a-half bathrooms, and one-and-a-half to two-and-a-half-car garages.

Single-family homes, meanwhile, range from 1,086 to 2,895 square feet and include one to three bedrooms, two to two-and-a-half bathrooms, and an attached two to two-and-a-half car garage. Whichever home you choose, many properties provide great views of both the Las Vegas Strip and the surrounding golf course.

Sun City Summerlin is home to four clubhouses, each providing unique amenities. Examples include an indoor spa, exercise rooms, an aerobics center, multi-purpose rooms, and more. Outside, residents will find six tennis courts, four shuffleboard courts, a racquetball court, an outdoor track, and a mini-golf course. As mentioned, the community provides three courses to play. A close-knit community of 180 single-family homes, Rancho Las Brisas is a 55+ community that is conveniently located right next to some of Las Vegas’ many popular destinations. Completed in 1996, the community features open floor plans that range from 1,188 to 1,768 square feet and include two to three bedrooms and one to three bathrooms.

In terms of amenities, Rancho Las Brisas provides a large-scale clubhouse that acts as the social center of the community. The community plans to offer 980 single-family and attached homes upon completion. Residents can choose from four separate collections: Duets, Symphony, Chorus, and Encore.
