I’ve been living in Quail Estates West since it opened. Quail is within eye shot of the strip, 15 minutes from the airport and is a very well maintained community or I wouldn’t be here.
We’re a wonderful oasis in the middle of Las Vegas.
Well maintain senior complex, 24 hrs security guards and easy access to everything. Love this place
There are not many people “not over 55” since it’s a 55 and up community. Duh.
As these places go – age restricted communities – Quail is remarkable for its landscaping. How they managed to place so many large, mature trees in a complex which is relatively new is a mystery, but the trees and other greenery give the place a much more natural ambience than the typical sterile desert landscaping found throughout LV. The lady leaving the one-star review probably wasn’t allowed past the guard shack and didn’t see the place at all.
I think who ever owns this place is a cheap person/corp. that does not maintain the premises properly. Bad landscape company, condos are in need of help. Neighborhood does not warrant high rent. I would never buy here. Plus there are a few people who are not over 55.
