On Top of the World Ocala is offering homebuyers new cottage-style floor plans with pre-construction pricing starting in the mid $100s. Interested buyers can select from three new home designs in the Cottage Series that range from 1,225 to 1,460 square feet. These new home designs are located within the community’s newest gated neighborhood called Indigo.
The three new floor plans include Elon (1,225 square feet), Oren (1,343 square feet), and Tamar (1,460 square feet). Homes feature two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and attached two-car garages. Some of the features include spacious great rooms, laundry suites, flex space, concrete block construction, energy-efficient LED lighting, natural gas appliances and heating systems, granite kitchen countertops, and designer oak wood cabinetry. On Top of the World Ocala also provides homeowners with plenty of amenities, including a community dog park, a newly refurbished community center with a pool and spa, and a new clubhouse with a fitness center, lap pool, and covered outdoor fitness power park.
