This is due to not having an independent Certified Tennis Professional who can offer his or her services and expertise in bringing NEW fun tennis & fitness programs to the community. This would be of no cost to the HOA and would bring New Life to both Children and Adults in the Community. Community has a good mix of ages, many young families on up to retirees. Our home has had no quality issues and is well laid out with nice finishes. People are friendly.

The clubhouse looks amazing and the homes are beautiful. We've been through the models a few times and they are very impressive. As soon as we can sell our home we'll be ready to move to Castellina.
