Minto built 449 single-family homes in Buena Vida between 2003 and 2007. Offering two collections, these homes provide low-maintenance exteriors giving residents ample time to enjoy all the amenities Buena Vida has to offer.
The first collection is the Renaissance Collection with four models ranging from 1,886 to 2,374 square feet. These floor plans offer single-level living and were designed with active adults in mind. The second collection is the Reserve Collection, offering three models which range between 2,535 to 2,776 square feet. These homes were built on larger lot sizes and some models offer second-floor lofts above the garage. All homes have at least two bedrooms, two bathrooms and an attached two-car garage.

In our experience shopping for a new home in the Palm Beach area we found Buena Vida to offer a nice bang for your buck. The homes are larger here than we saw in other 55+ communities and are reasonably priced. The clubhouse is fabulous! It is surrounded by water and is beautifully designed and decorated. There is very nice landscaping and it's a gated community. We really enjoy living here and like the fact it is a smaller community rather than one of those huge mega-neighborhoods. It feels very friendly and warm here.
