The standard features include classic exteriors, energy-efficient features, and a home warranty.

Other standard features include a large open living space with a rear patio, covered porch, a first-floor owner’s retreat with a walk-in closet, an upstairs living space, and additional bedrooms on second floors. Homes also have a hardwood floors, carpet in the bedrooms, walk-in pantries, and granite countertops. Additional flex rooms or loft spaces are also available.

The Farm at Timberlake is full of multiple events throughout the year. Several clubs offer a chance to socialize regularly like book clubs and ladies' luncheons. Surrounding Area

Just a few minutes away, residents will have access to the seafood capital of the world: Murrells Inlet, which offers multiple chances to explore the fare. Russell’s Seafood Grill is a homey spot for local catches and Crab House & Raw Bar is a no-frills favorite for oysters. For fine dining, SeaBlue Restaurant & Wine Bar is a sleek contemporary venue with patio seating.

The beaches at Surfside, Garden City, and Myrtle Beach are a quick drive away for lazy days at the beach or beachfront jogging. The Waccamaw National Wildlife refuge is less than five miles away and offers 30,000 acres of tidal emergent wetlands, forested wetlands, and upland forests.

Golfers will appreciate Tupelo Bay Golf Center just about a ten-minute drive from home. This course features 18-holes with distance, sand, and water to challenge all levels of players. TPC Myrtle Beach is also in the area, and rests on environmentally protected low country marshland and has earned accolades for challenging elevation changes, undulating greens, and bunkers. 

The closest major city outside Myrtle Beach is Raleigh, North Carolina, which is located 145 miles from the community. Although there are multiple large cities for urban amenities such as Georgetown and Andrews within 50 miles. For long-distance travel, Myrtle Beach International Airport is just over 10 miles from the community.
