When you are buying a home it's scary...especially if you're buying it long distance. Susan made buying our home comfortable, and took the worrying out of the process. It was almost like she was taking care of a family member. Susan will get you a great deal and become a lifetime friend

Susan is an outstanding agent who stood by us every step of the way in purchasing our home. I feel so fortunate that I found Susan McCarragher through this website! She contacted me months ago when she saw that I was looking for a house in the area north of Tampa. Since I was traveling from Minnesota and only here for a set time, Susan was certain to make herself available right when I needed help. She sent me homes that fit my criteria to pick from, and she also took me through the community centers so I could see them, too. She is so experienced and truly seemed to understand my needs that it helped me tremendously to make my final decision to build in a newer 55+ community. She will continue to check on details as the house is built, since I am located so far away. Susan's knowledge and help is so beneficial that I would recommend her real estate to others.
